I often tried to stick with the Site Supervisor (SS) and the Customer Service Administrator (CSA) to peruse them to do the right things (there were countless mistakes and defects - will come to them in the future postings).
My wife got very scared and told me several times - "Don't tell them anything, don't argue with them, else they will build us a bad home" :-(
That is the confidence she has with Eden Brae.
